Great amenities by the harbor

Woke up to a lovely sunrise, embracing the serenity of the river views by the pool. The spacious King Suite offered perfect comforts for a family getaway.

However, we faced an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. Hair was found in the shower, which was disappointing considering other aspects of our stay were great.

The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking, and I found hair all over the bathroom and even mold in the shower. The breakfast options were disappointingly average, and it seemed like they couldn't keep up with demand, leading to inconsistent availability of food. Additionally, I was frustrated that my room was not cleaned during my two-night stay unless I specifically requested it, which is not what I expect from a hotel in this chain.

The location was ideal for attending a downtown event, making it convenient for us. The hotel boasted a fantastic outdoor space and a clean, well-maintained facility, which enhanced our experience. Breakfast featured a delicious selection of options, providing a great start to our day.

One minor issue was the slow communication regarding a charge I noticed after checkout.

Just an appropriate option for one night in Decatur with all in all brilliant value for money. The outdoor seating area was nice for relaxing after a long day. Consider asking for extra towels upon check-in to save time later.

The hotel offered a well-equipped kitchenette in our spacious King Studio Suite, making it perfect for family meals.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our bathroom left much to be desired, particularly with hair and residue remaining from previous guests.

I was blown away by the spaciousness of my King Suite! The kitchenette made it easy to whip up some meals, and those river views at sunrise? Just breathtaking! Only thing was, I wished the breakfast had a bit more variety to it. Still, sittin’ by that pool after a long day was just what I needed.

I stayed in the King Studio Suite, and I really liked the spaciousness and comfy bed. The kitchenette made it super convenient to prepare meals. Plus, waking up to those beautiful lake views from the pool was a nice touch. The only downside was that the remote for the window blinds didn't work, which was a bummer. Overall, the room felt cozy and perfect for a short stay!
